Respect for intellectual property
Users may only upload or share content they own or are authorized by law or the rights holder to use. Copyright infringement, trademark misuse, counterfeit content, trade-secret misuse, and content that encourages infringement are prohibited.
Wallexa branding, software, interface, and original materials are owned by Wallexa or its licensors. The Terms of Use grant only the limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
How to report infringement
Send a written notice to ans991998@gmail.com with the subject “IP Infringement Notice.” To help us locate and assess the material, include:
- Your full name, organization (if any), postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other right you believe is infringed.
- A precise description of the material and enough information to locate it, such as the group, message, expense, profile, URL, date, and relevant screenshots.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
For trademark or other non-copyright complaints, also describe the registration or basis of the right, the territory where it applies, and why the use is likely to violate that right.
Our response
We may request more information, preserve relevant records, remove or disable access to material, notify the affected user, limit features, or suspend accounts. We aim to act promptly on valid notices while avoiding removal based on incomplete, mistaken, or abusive claims.
We may share a notice and the complainant’s contact information with the user who supplied the material or as required by law. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for the claim.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, email a written counter-notice to the same address with the subject “Copyright Counter-Notice.” Include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
- If United States law applies, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court and to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
We may restore material when legally permitted unless the original complainant timely informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat infringement and misuse
Where appropriate, we may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights. We may also act against people who knowingly submit materially false notices or counter-notices. Submitting false claims may create legal liability.
Important limitations
Wallexa cannot provide legal advice or decide complex ownership disputes. A policy report does not replace court process, and this page does not by itself designate a statutory copyright agent. Rights holders should obtain legal advice about the rules and filing channels that apply to them.
